Tossed out with hurricane approaching
With a hurricane approaching the opposite coast of Florida, we were thrown out. Everyone was thrown out to fend for themselves with the hurricane approaching the evening of them, tossing us out when you had a question for front desk you were ask would you like to check out when Holiday Inn directly across the street stayed open the whole time, and you could see rooms were lit up in the Hyatt place did not have TV. Our whole stay was told maintenance forgot to reboot it stress very nerve-racking as I said, they did nothing to accommodate us with category five hurricane approaching the opposite coast of Florida.

The hotel was beautiful, felt very luxurious. Only issue we had was the air conditioner in our room was dripping and it kept us up. Called down to the front desk and they immediately switched our room for us. Valet was very friendly and quick.

Great property! Short walk to the beach. Publix right across for quick shopping, in case you didn’t bring beach essentials. Short drive to St Augustine downtown area. Staff very nice and helpful. Great place for a family vacation!
