I recently stayed at this fantastic property, and was very pleased with my experience.Cleanliness: The property was very clean and well-maintained. It was evident that the owners take great pride in ensuring a spotless environment for their guests.Location: The location is a dream! Just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for those who want to spend their days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus for my stay.Amenities: What truly set this property apart was how unusually well-stocked it was. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, the owners had thought of everything. It made our stay comfortable and stress-free, as we had everything we needed at our fingertips.Overall, this property exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, conveniently located, and thoughtfully stocked place to stay.

This is a great place that is near the beach
The property was clean and renovated inside. The community was quiet and easy to find. It is central to anything in St. Augustine Beach and also close to downtown. The beach is a five-minute walk. The only downside was that the heated pools were not operational while we were there. Apparently, the pump had been damaged by a recent storm.

St Aug Beach
Wonderful stay. Nicholas was fabulous to work with. He bailed us out at the last minute when another booking was cancelled due to tornado damage. We've stayed in this community before, peaceful and relaxing while close to the beach. These are older homes, but Nicholas and his wife have maintained the home nicely with newer upgrades.

We have been using VRBO and it has been hit and miss. But this place OMG!!!!! The BEST!!! We are hoping to go back next year! They have made you feel at home. And if you coming in late or very early…Well they have taken care of that! Every room was home or better! Thank you so much for making our trip to relax perfect.

Perfection
We wanted a home to sleep 5, near the beach for our son’s 14th birthday. This home nailed it, very close to the beach, only a short residential walk. A gated, quiet community. Home was perfectly as pictured and was equipped with everything. We didn’t need anything that we couldn’t find. Communication was spot on, we have nothing negative to say and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We stayed for five days, the owners/management We’re very, very helpful and accommodating. Due to not knowing how much management is relaying to the owners, the issues at hand I am going to give my suggestions based on what we experienced on our trip. 1- Steps from the beach - I feel it’s a little misleading to put steps from the beach as most people would interpret that as literally walking out their back door and taking a 3 to 5 minute stroll. It is NOT steps from the beach, so if you have small children or disabilities please make note .It is a good 5 to 10 minute walk minimum. 2- Neighborhood-The neighborhood is EXTREMELY unsightly. It is very ran down with shingles laying on the ground overgrown grass and a pool that looks half demolished that is coming down right near the residence and is completely full of green water . The community lights do not work so extremely dark and not well lit with a side gate that does not lock which feels unsafe.This is obviously not something the owners can control, but it’s important to give people a heads up on the surrounding area and the construction going on. 3- Home - While the home does look as pictured. There are many items that are broken, below bear minimum appliances to cook with and zero pantry space . I will say the owner/ management Was made aware of the issues we encountered and they stated they had no clue. Some of the issues were blinds that were missing or taped on, Broken arm bar.

Excellent and Attentive Host.
The Host was amazing and very thoughtful. They left treat for the pups, available transportable beach furniture, coffee treats, small alcohol bottles for drink pleasure if desired. Everything from baggies to extra bedding. Superb service. The only major downfall was the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Time to be replaced. My husband was miserable because there was not a comfortable place to sit. Otherwise everything else was wonder.

Great hideaway location
Perfect for visiting downtown without being in the center of it. We were walking distance to the beach which was beautiful. The condo had ample space and amenities. You just need a bag of clothes and they offered everything else.

Tilbury USA trip
Accommodation was just what we needed with all amenities catered for. Tea, coffee etc was an added bonus that was not expected. St Augustine has a lot to offer and three days is no where near enough time. I strongly recommend the alligator farm. A bit pricey but worth it.

Nick’s house was very clean and comfortable. Location was just a short walk to the beach. Nick was very quick to respond when needed. The house was very comfortable for the two of us and would comfortably fit 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. We enjoyed the patio very much. Thanks for a great stay!
