Gm is very rude comes pounding at the door literally right at 11 o’clock after I already made a reservation for two more nights she canceled it and she wanted to be a complete disrespectful and act like she’s entitled because she’s the general manager there so just because we didn’t get out of that room because they had to clean it And literally had another room for two more nights she canceled it just because she was already in a bad mood.. And I even left a tip on the table for her because I know what it’s like being a housekeeper she will learn not always being mean will get her anywhere in life! God bless

Awesome stay, and I've been here many times.
The manager, (Heather), is fantastic. Friendly, and really wants to make guests happy. This is probably my 6th stay here, which have all been getaway trips, but always come here.

The stuff was hard to find and I didn’t get room service whatsoever when I call and ask for it or ask for something it’d be 23 hours before I’d even get a response so I’d have to go up to the front desk to even get somebody to talk to me and when I checked out The lady was pounding on our door when I talked to the person at the front desk and told him I was gonna be a few minutes after checking out but no later than 10 after and she comes pounding on the door right at 11 telling me I need to get out and then I couldn’t have my ride parked in the parking lot because it was private property

I don’t expect a lot from a budget hotel, but I do expect a level of reasonable cleanliness. I don’t expect to see used tampons under the bathroom sink, long black hairs in the shower and on the comforter, or dead beetles on the bed.

I have to say it was nice. I was put on the end closest to Interstate 70 so it was a bit noisey with the trucks rolling by. Other than that it was very clean, very nice, staff was outstanding, even tho it was the same guy that checked me in at 9 pm and the same guy that checked me out at 8:30am. Breakfast, ehh wasn't interested. It was just coffee and waffles.
