Pretty run- down property. Cleanliness is horrible. Broken chair, dirty carpet, smelly wardrobe are things to start with. Managers to stay two horrible nights with family and got scolded by family while returning back from the trip. Word of advice - pls spend a little more for branded hotel, especially if travelling with family.

I will never stay here again.
The facility was no where near clean, there were dead bugs in the bathroom as well as silver fish. At one point I contacted the front desk regarding noise level at 2am And they told me to contact the police and that there was nothing that they could or would do. At no point, even after requesting , was housekeeping in our room to even remove the garbage or replace towels. I had to request a garbage bag at the front desk to remove garbage from the room and then place it outside the door to the room which remained there until the next evening.

This hotel worked well enough for my purposes as a pit stop between Pittsburgh and Columbus. Breakfast was the highlight. My main issue is that I was promised WIFI when I booked this room, but it was not available in my room (240). I find this to be completely unacceptable, especially as I am a Canadian trying to save money on expensive data roaming charges. The plus side was I got to experience nostalgia for a time when such conveniences did not exist.

Great place to stop while traveling for a convention. Comfortable beds. Hotel is a bit dated but great front desk empolyees and great price.

Comfort was decent, but the cleanliness was poor. Also, our tv did not work, and after being told that maintenance would come to look at it, no one ever showed. Run-down building, but nice pool.
