Tv wouldn’t work correctly. Came to fixit twice. Hole in the wall. Roach in the tub. Stains in the tub. Water takes about 5 minutes to get warm room 228 ( two night stay. No coffee cups in the hall the morning we left. We deserve some kind of a refund. Last time we staged here was much better.

It is a quite interesting older historic property around there. Not bad for a price. You get what you pay for to stay this average hotel. The staff was super nice and friendly at that moment. Thank you!

Quaint hotel in downtown
Very quaint hotel and would stay again with a bigger room and not during the holiday festival which I was unaware of. Very nice location to restaurants and bars. Everyone was super friendly. I ended up leaving early due to the festival. I was looking for a quiet weekend. Hotel staff was very understanding and providing a refund for the unused nights. The bed wasn’t comfortable for me but most hotel beds are not for me.

My son and his friend stayed here because we were a big group and not enough beds at our house. Sheets were dirty when they checked in.They gave them a new room but second room wasn’t much better. Maybe an okay place if you like antiques or something but young people may find it just old, dirty and rundown.

Always stop here on the way down. Love it. Staff is amazing. Rooms all different. Look forward to a comfortable bed. The Garage behind the hotel always has a live band & great drinks. Bartenders great! Both cafe & restaurant connected to the hotel are amazing!

I liked this hotel. The price is very reasonable and the staff goes out of the way to be helpful. It is clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is right in the middle of the town of St. Cloud. It it a pretty town with very few people. It closes down at about 6PM.

I loved the quaintness of this hotel. But the customer service was terrible. My TV never worked. After they "fixed" it I couldnt change channels. I couldnt even turn it off. I finally unplugged it. The pop machine was empty and nevered filled even though I told them I lost my money. It was a couple of days before I got my money even though i asked for it several times. The college kids at the front desk said they didnt have access to it. I was there 3 nights. The night before I left, I told them to call someone and get access to whatever they needed to get access to.
