Remotes for the tv were insanely bad. Perhaps the worst in my 40 years of travel. TV in exercise room didnt work. Towels and toilet paper were very cheap and thin. Finally hot breakfast foods were not good.

The property is well maintained. The hilly nature of walkways between the buildings is a challenge for older people. A shuttle is available and the driver is quite helpful but the shuttle can not be everywhere all the time. >>The toilets are low making it a bit difficult for older people to use.

The pictures they show online, they did not show motel style rooms that we stayed in, if we had to stayed in a motel it would had been cheaper. I paid a higher price and stayed in a motel like room with the flies and the smell in the room it was gross. I am very disappointed.

We absolutely loved the stay here!! Clean rooms, beautiful view. You can tell that they take really good care of the grounds. Everyone is so nice there, plenty of options to swim indoors and outdoors. The guy who takes you up and down from the hotel to breakfast was Soo sweet. Breakfast is restaurant style for free! This was just all around a great stay!!

This is a beautiful property that feels like a family, lakeside resort. It is literally on the lake with family friendly options such as two pools, a playground, and smores in the evening.
