You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Sea views and great location
Four Seawinds has a dreamy perch overlooking Porthmeor and St Ives Bay with views as far as Trevose head on a clear day. When you`re not gazing at the blue hues of the ocean and sky, you can take a short 3-4 minute stroll into the heart of St Ives or Porthmeor beach.
Located on Godrevy Terrace, Four Seawinds is a modern and spacious apartment with two balconies, a parking space and an open plan living area designed to capture the best of the sea views.
Appointed with quality furnishings, comfortable seating and wooden floors. A well equipped kitchen, reading materials, TV and a selection of art adorning the walls. Four Seawinds has much more than just great sea views...
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and it`s own private balcony with views over Tate St Ives and Porthmeor beach. The second bedroom can be made as a superking (by request) or kept as twins.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
Porthmeor beach is a stunning surfing beach which is also home to Tate St Ives a great cafe/restaurant, a well regarded and super fun surf school and in season lifeguards. It`s also the best place to see sunset in St Ives.

We`re a local holiday business and enjoy hosting guests. We manage several homes in the area and we know the locality really well so if you need any hints or tips just ask.
Whilst we`re local it is quite possible you won`t see us during your stay and we tend to leave you in peace, but if we`re passing we may knock on and say hello.
**Important Information**
There are currently two development projects underway within Godrevy Gardens, on the land opposite the entrance to the building. As a result, views from properties on Godrevy Terrace may be partially restricted, particularly some of the town rooftops and harbour. At times, building activity may also be visible and audible.
The works are taking place to the front of the building and are therefore visible from the living and kitchen areas. Please be assured that the rates for Four Seawinds have been set with these works in mind, reflecting any potential disturbance.
The photographs shown at the end of the gallery were taken in February 2026. As the development progresses, we will update the sea view images wherever possible.
