We will come back when visiting ST. John's
The location and Manor were very good. This was a stay to attend a Dr. appointment. Comfortable room, manager and staff pleasant, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, included hot served meal with a different menu each day. Fruit and muffins, juice and tea or coffee and toast.

I liked the staff and the building and rooms are beautiful. However my stay was less enjoyable than it could've been. We were woken up by the alarm twice. We had to call the fire department ourselves after waiting for 15 minutes and realized no one was coming. Also the shower drain was clogged and the water rain into the bathroom. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. 3/5 rating with a little work I'd give it a 5/5

I loved this quiet charming place! It has wonderful antique furniture and is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was top notch. Such a pleasure to stay here. The only point of warning, there is an uphill walk from the gravel parking lot which may be a turnoff if you have trouble walking

This property is an absolute gem. A wonderful historic home that’s been converted into beautiful and comfortable suites. Loved every minute of my stay. Breakfast delivered to our room was extra wonderful. Check in was super easy and the staff accommodated everything we asked for. We were able to walk back here every evening from downtown (George st & Water st bars and restaurants) though it is about a 25 minute walk. Ubers to town or back were around 10 dollars per way for a general estimate. Excellent location, beautiful quiet street. We will be back for sure!
