Was just passing through. The young girl at check in was too busy on her Netflix. Just gave me a key with no pouch with room number or wifi password. Didn’t tell me anything about when breakfast was. Room was ok though. Had a good night sleep. Rooms need a refresh. Showing worn out a bit. Lady in the morning was much more pleasant and helpful.
We stayed for the week. We knew about some of the construction going on but they did a great job making sure the visitors weren't disturbed. We arrived during a super heat wave but the room was very cool and comfortable. Shout outs to Alicen and Sarah who made sure we were taken care of. Overall a great experience. We're definitely coming back again.
- Lock for door is temperamental and needs to be addressed by maintenance — very hard to get door to close sufficiently to even lock. Highly unsafe.
- Pool was closed for renovations — was no indication of this when booking
- Front desk person on phone and seemed disinterested most of the time in being helpful or attentive
- Beds are on rollers and there was a lot of trash under each. Very disgusting.
- Overall just a poor experience and when a person is on a trip in between locations, would like a clean, friendly environment to stay in. This was neither.

The guy at the desk didn’t even bother the stand up. Did not give direction to the room or where best to park.
Overall mostly satisfied with my stay. It is going through a remodel so it was a bit rough in spots. The staff was pretty friendly. The beds were okay. Would recommend for a one or two day stay.

There were some condition issues with the property like interior trim coming down. Remodel in the dining area not finished. The staff was very accommodating and friendly they went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable

There was a horrible smell of marijuana in the first floor hallway and coming in through the vent in our room. Wasn’t sure if it was from the front desk clerk, as he had the door to thr breakfast room open and amazingly, the smell was gone the next morning and it was a different person at the front desk.
First, it was very hard to understand when signing in what the gentleman said. I had to ask for clarification multiple times. Once in the room, we attempted to turn on the TV...nothing was plugged in, no big deal we can do that. We did but no signal. We asked for someone to come help. The gentleman came in and make sure there was a TV channel, problem was there was no sound. He didn't check to make sure all was good. We returned to the check in desk and asked if he could come see what the issue was, again we tried everything we could. Fifteen minutes had passed so we walked back down to the check in desk and he had his feet up on the counter and playing on his phone. NOT happy. He did come up, attempted to reset the TV and said he didn't know what was wrong and couldn't fix it. There was not another room available. He stood there and made me feel like the one who had done wrong. I stay at ALOT of Days Inn all over the US and this is by far the worst service I have had. Not all the light switches work. Biggest issue I have is there is NO phone in the room. The gentysaid he called the room and no one answered. Never heard the phone and there isn't one in the room. If there is an emergency, how do I call for help, etc????
They are in the process of updating the property. Fresh paint in the rooms, ect. The pool was closed. It is a two story hotel without an elevator.Breakfast was your usual waffles, eggs, cereal.
Sink stopper was non-functional. Shower stopper was broken and laying on side of tub. It was non-functional. Caulk around tub and bathroom was bad and looked dirty. There was something in the refrigerator freezer that had obviously been there for some time as it was covered with frost.
