Thermostat wasn’t working. I called front desk. They said they would be up soon. Waited until 11PM and told them to forget it. Asked them to come up the next day. Again, they didn’t come. Air conditioning was I comfortable for the entire trip.

The queen suite fit our needs. The bathroom shower was difficult to use with poor water pressure. The door in the restroom went close, was hard to open which needs improved given it’s a handicap disabled restroom.

Overcharged
Stay was good but no free coffee other than the room in a dirty coffee maker is terrible. I was charge an incredible about of taxes and fees on top of that I was unaware of I would have never stayed If I k ew I would be charged almost 200 in extra fees. Will never stay again.
