I know the staff couldn't help it, but the parking situation was a nightmare, it was either free street parking (due to construction, and good luck finding it) or the extreme of $40 a day for unsecure open area parking! Then there was also additional fees if you wanted breakfast. On the good side, the staff was great! Very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Very rude front desk staff. Parking is a far block away from hotel and hours for parking are much different than your check out time. My room didnt even have toilet paper. The tub wouldnt stop dripping thought the night. The breakfast hall was understaffed and food had to be refilled for a good long wait. Overall I would not return and stay somewhere else for the money.

We have stayed at the location several times. This visit was the eye opener of never again. We had great experiences in the past. This last visit was not up to par. The place we stayed at in previous years was clean, friendly and inviting. This visit was dirty everything seemed to be falling apart. The service was a 0 rating. Front desk personell were friendly but not much help. Asked 4x for extra towels as we were staying 2 nights and had 1 towel in the bathroom and a hand towel. Eventually just went to the pool to get extra towels as we needed to get ready to head to the stadium. The whole place smelled of marijuana, clearly the rules are in plaxe are not enforced. Do what you want but dont smell up the whole place where children are present. Just not as clean as it use to be. Outlets didnt work in the room shower was almost impossible to pull out handle to start.

The toilet ran loudly the show was pulled out and very hard to get a decent temperature. Would not suggest to anyone the area was very shady unsafe and no parking. Very disappointing. When requested help at the front desk they instructed me to call my 3rd party i reserved property from. I was there for unpleasant reasons and gave up on solutions to the horrible bathroom issues.

We had so many small issues with our room, that we cannot just ignore them. Toilet handle broken, telephone broken, bath tap very difficult to turn on, no hair dryer, cupboard door almost falling off, stained bedding, only 5 tissues in the box.. the saving grace is that the staff were truly amazing, and the location is fantastic. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our room, but overall it could use a little TLC.

Construction around the building limited parking so if you weren’t lucky enough to snag one of the few free spots you had to pay to park. Elevators took forever and there was three of them!! Cleaning staff was super friendly in the hall! Pool was super cold and a lot of things floating around inside. Would stay again but not until the parking is under control!
