Good experience for a 2 night stay. 10-15 min walk from the Enterprise Center.
Only complaint includes consistent issues with the elevator. And prepare to pay for parking. Otherwise, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
This is a nice hotel in downtown St. Louis with quick access to the sites.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Valet was $45 and it was not really valet. My car was parked on the street and I had to walk from my car to the hotel and after check out my keys was just handed over to me and I had to get my car myself.
The toilet paper dispenser was broken and was hanging from the wall. The toilet seat was crooked so I felt the cold bowl.
Housekeeping took/discarded my receipts that were on the counter that I needed to submit for expense reimbursement. The elevator was broken so I had to climb the stairs. But no one told us so we stood there for a while first. I called the desk several times to speak with a manager and I was hung up on or placed on perpetual hold. I left messages but no one returned my calls. The chairs in the lobby were disgustingly dirty. The elevator lobby was dark and dirty. The hairdryer was dirty…
I showed up NOT pleased, as I had been diagnosed with Covid right after the cancellation deadline and the hotel would not work with me AT ALL. The traditional 24-36 hr cancellation deadline is far more reasonable for visitors who pay extra to have a deadline.
It was ok. The elevator is an old one it doesn't work quite right. Lots of homeless around outside. Very limited parking leaving no option but pay 45.00 a night for the hotel valet to park your car. Our room was clean and the staff friendly though and it is walking distance to a lot of different attractions downtown.
Enjoyed my stay, breakfast was great every morning, the staff was very friendly and accommodating with great recommendations for exploring the area, clean room, many things in walking distance, overall great stay and would go back.

Excellent except for the construction and lack of parking
Great, clean suite in the middle of STL downtown. It is about 20-30 mins from STL airport and minutes by walk to most of downtown / arch. The breakfast was hot, proper continental. Coffee was great. The kitchenette had proper, useful appliances. The hotel staff were one of the kindest and hard working people I have met. At 1 AM in the morning, front office staff DelShannon helped me print some last minute papers needed for my business event the next day! I cannot see such kindness and customer obsession these days anywhere else.
