The stay was very comfortable and rhe breakfast options had something for everyone. The pool was great and never crowded. The main light in our room didnt work and the toilet plug did not seal correctly, so it didnt always flush, but my in-laws' room had no troubles.

Your hotel is mainly people working and on business… instead of opening breakfast at 6 am when your customersare waking and going to work… you pushed it to 7am and left no time for us to enjoy the 1 thing your hotel had that made it worth it… NOW YOU HAVE FLEAS AND NO BREAKFAST FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE TO WORK EARLY…. Terrible terrible terrible.

The fleas from the previous animals they allow keep me up at night itching.. if you could keep animals on a certain floor and regular none pet goers in another, that might help… or use bug sprays and clean/spray floors and sheets everytime. Making the bed and vacuuming isnt gonna cut it when you allow pets to stay. Not saying to get rid of pets, but if you do allow pets, DEEP CLEAN EVERY TIME!!!

Overall, the place is nice and staff are courteous. The only complaint I have is the breakfast which was horrible. If you stay, plan on eating elsewhere.
