You get what you pay for.

The place has changed since the last time we had stayed. Broken GFCI in bathroom, could not use any electric device. Warm water not hot at all for showers. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers. Roaches in the upstairs bathroom. The place needs to be updated. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I was impressed by this understated accommodation. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The soap and shampoo dispensers were a nice touch, although I did not see any recycling receptacles. It was a 4⭐️ stay at a 1⭐️ price.

The staff was so nice and courteous. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Complimentary Hot drinks are offered at the front desk area. We enjoyed our spacious accommodations. Sonesta is located in an upscale area of Chesterfield.

We stayed at this exact location in 2018 and it was excellent. The room layout/kitchen really works well for my family. Unfortunately, the unit needed a major deep clean: stained curtains, sofa, carpet and walls. The carpet on the stairs up to the loft had visible dirt/debris and needed a vacuum. The bedroom windows do not lock which makes this mom of small kids nervous. The complimentary breakfast buffet was nice though.
