We liked the decor throughout, the friendliness of all the staff, the spacious room and the superb breakfasts and the restaurant lunches and dinners. We found the beds too soft and the towel rail (very close to shower entry) too hot.

Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Receptionists always met you with a smile. Food was excellent and lots of choice Couldn’t fault the hotel, they provide free courteous bus into St Peter port plus Local buses were very good and stopped outside Hotel.

Nice room
Beauty room very clean with harden view. I chose the Superior Double room with garden view. Amazing room the only thing missing in the room was bottle's of water . Especially when choose a Superior double for £240 i except a list bottle of water in the room . In other hotels i normally stau in St Peter Port and just a normal room they alway provide with water . One sparkling & natural. Otherwise everything was good!

The staff were superb, extremely friendly. The gym and pool were good. Breakfast was good, nice selection of bread and pastries, good quality too. Hot breakfast also available from the menu. Rooms are a good size, a little dated, i was concerned there wasn't aircon but there's a patio door which was sufficient. Downside is there can be traffic noise early in the morning. Room decor is a little dated and carpets being old is hard to clean. Overall, would stay again.

Almost all the staff were delightful & helpful, several were trainees. The room was comfortable with fantastic showers, toiletries with readable labels. The bar person could not mix a gin martini adding black olives. The restaurant service was variable. Our rear facing room overlooking carpark was noisy especially with rubbish collections from 04:45! Bottle bank, kitchen and equipment deliveries and maintenance.

Fabulous stay
The whole complex is well thought out. There is plenty of space to sit and relax both inside and out. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food good. The breakfast was excellent and ample. The staff were all helpful and friendly without exception. The pool was fabulous and was again well thought out with a paddling pool attached to the pool. We also used the sauna and jacuzzi. There is a bus stop outside to St. Peter’s Port. The area is lovely. Would be more than happy to return here again.
