The Avalon is great
The Avalon is a charming hotel in a nice area of St. Petersburg. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help. It was a great experience, and we will be back.

Great boutique hotel
Almost a 100 year old boutique hotel. So it’s a little smaller but done perfectly. The lobby staff is so welcoming. Evening wine in the porch morning coffee tea and cookies in the lobby in the morning. Very nice touches. Extremely clean and beds are comfortable . The bathrooms are very small but understandably . Would stay again.

Trip to explore the city.
Very cute property with a sister property next door. Seems to be a trendy place to have drinks and dinner. The location was within walking distance of downtown. The bathroom in the room was small and the bed was slightly uncomfortable. It was not horrible by any means. I would stay here again.

The employees were very helpful and friendly the restaurant was great and reasonable the pool area was spectacular the room was on the smaller side but very nice and we didn’t go there too hangout in the room . We will definitely stay there again
