The service was outstanding. The location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown St. Pete. Plus, the free parking was a huge bonus. The only downside for us was the bed; it wasn’t the most comfortable, but it didn't completely overshadow the great service and location. All in all, a solid choice for anyone visiting the area!

Fun St. Pete Hotel

Avalon is so cool! Loved the decor and the staff was very helpful. They have free coffee in the morning! Very nice vibe with a kitty cat that hangs around the front porch.

I had a fantastic experience at this boutique hotel! The staff and front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel well taken care of from the moment I arrived. While the hotel itself is small, the level of service was top-notch. One of the highlights was the restaurant and bar at their sister hotel next door—great food and a wonderful atmosphere. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. I’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

Room was front room over porch and outside guests. I could hear every word spoken as though they were in the room. Single pane windows. Door had to be slammed to close so I heard other guests slamming their doors in the night. I got no sleep due to street noise. Charming quickly turned to a bad experience.

WE booked this hotel and several rooms for my son's wedding. The staff was amazing. The hotel is so convenient to everything in St. Petersburg. The pool area is so nice, the food was delicious and having a bar on site was an added bonus. Not to mention the room was fantastic and the funky vibe of the whole property was great!

Awesome little spot in St.Pete

Such a cute property in Downtown St.Pete! We enjoyed the studio suite, it was newly renovated, very clean and felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel room. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes, the air conditioner worked great, and the bed was comfortable… The shower water gets hot, hot hot! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is safe and walkable to many of the local attractions. We really appreciated the noon checkout time, and would stay here again!

Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. If we ate able to return next year, wed have no hesitation in booking the Avalon again. Its got a great vibe to it. The staff are so helpful and courteous. Its position is superb. I thoroughly recommend it-especially if it is your first time in St Pete.

Lovely service and accommodations

Came for our anniversary trip and were greeted with a bottle of champagne! Loved that we were next door to the pool in the complex. Parking was painless. Receptionist was awesome as was AK the bartender. Our waitress Tammy was a dream.
