Cigarette holes in curtains and blankets. Fire detectors missing (just wires), single Light bulbs in all fixtures, remote control did not work, bathroom sink faucet was not actually attached to the sink, bathtub drained really really slow leaving you standing in ankle deep water if showering, towels were stained, toilet seat was not secured to the toilet, lamp shade was not secured and fell off everything you had to turn the lamp on or off, you could see daylight through the door cracks. Strobe light effect from holes in the curtains. The staff was incredible incredible nice, but the property condition is the worst I have ever seen.

A real dump

I have already sent this. The kitchen cabinets had dust and mold, the bath and shower limited hot water, enough for a quick one person shower. They required an addition $50 cash deposit in case it was damaged in any way, yet the place was already disheveled with missing fixtures, lampshades, heavily stained bed covers. I had to plug the lamps into the wall one of which required an extension chord. The TV was very small, and ice maker was broke. We left a day early and forfeited that $110 because the place was so bad. A real dump.

Requires $50 cash deposit, but they refuse to allow check-out before they inspect the room, which they know can make you late for a flight or appointment. Also, upon ckeck-out, the manager is not available and your deposit is locked in a safe, so you lose your money. When our Lyft driver dropped us off he said, "In this neighborhood, keep your head on a swivel and don't go out after dark. Filthy rooms, poor service.

Stay Away from this place!!!

Without a doubt the worst place I ever stayed at. We stayed one night while we were in town for a concert. Shady and super uncomfortable seemed like we were the only people staying in the whole place. They require a $50 cash deposit which is a red flag right away never had a place that required a cash deposit. The room was beyond disgusting, the bed sheets and pillows had stains on them, in the bathroom on the wall of the shower had a clump of women’s hair, mini fridge and ac did not work. And for $140 that I paid this was beyond ridiculous. Stay away from this place

They should rename the place "Convict Inn." It was clear as day several employees live there. I was placed right next door to a couple (housekeeper & maintenance guy) who fought like cats and dogs every night. Felt like punishment tbh. Lots of open rooms not right next door to employees. I picked this place for the location. Big mistake. I arrived early, lady at the front desk ran outside like she was on fire to tell me I had 2 hours to kill before I was allowed to check in bc "one housekeeper was out sick and they had 30 checkouts that morning.." She made me sit by the pool with all of my stuff until 2:50. Problem is, they purposely open the curtains when rooms are clean, and I noticed SEVERAL clean rooms during my wait. I was finally allowed to check in, I lug my stuff upstairs to a dirty room. (...And it was my birthday). I go downstairs, rightfully frustrated, & front desk lady yells at me in front of others & acts like I'm bothering her bc I wanted a clean room. Keys have to be reactivated daily, no guests are allowed to visit (large threatening sign in office window), $50 deposit & they insist on cash. In 2025. Closest atm is not close. If I didn't know basic plumbing I wouldn't have been able to flush the toilet. Shower was a JOKE, ice cold after 30 seconds and 0 water pressure. I felt so uncomfortable being a woman alone there I rarely left my room. Locked gates everywhere. I felt like a prisoner. Spare your sanity & go ANYWHERE ELSE. NEVER AGAIN.

The only good news is that the roaches were in the parking lot and not the room. No shades on the lamps, had to stand on a chair to adjust the wall air-conditioning unit, - finally just unplugged it due to concerns about my safety. Cash deposit not available until after 8am which meant I had to return to the property after attending a local meeting. Property was nasty and only stayed there out of desperation for lack of alternative room availability on a particularly busy weekend in St. Pete. Never again. You should remove this property from your catalog.

Motel is not worth the price, wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel is more of a motel. The curtains had bleach stains and rips on them. We got no key to the room, was told she could open it for us but wouldn’t be able to leave to get back in.. The bed had 2 1/2 pillows and no comforter, it was a $20 Walmart blanket. The bathroom was probably from the original build and smelled like mold. Extremely tiny. The A.C shut off through the night and it was really hot to the point where even with the thin Walmart blanket was too hot to be under. It was $120 which I would hope for that it was somewhat upgraded.. worst place I’ve stayed and we go out to travel often….

Horrible Environment

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. I checked in on Tuesday for 2 nights, I was given a card for my room door, it wouldn’t open, went back to reception she told me to try again and it still didn’t open. She had to let me in and said maintenance would sort it out first thing Wednesday morning, I went out, got back and it still wasn’t done, went to the office to be let in and asked about maintenance and was told he was off. Long story short, every time I left my room I had to go to the office for them to come and open my door…..there was cockroaches up and down in the room, the bath was cracked up and stripping, the room smelt horrible and very dirty, the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet itself, the bed linen where dirty….not sure if it’s bed bugs or not but I got bitten up pretty badly, all over my body, it’s itching and burning all together

Just absolutely gross

The room was dirty and had roaches. Then when checking out there was no one there to check me or anyone else out. This resulted in me being late for work, so I ended up leaving to go to work and my boyfriend went back to complete the check out only an hour later and there still wasn’t anyone there, and the line of people was much larger when he got back. Everyone was there upset and frustrated.

Do not stay here

When we arrived there was old toothpaste and hair stuck to the walls. My bed was very damp to wet. We got the bedding changed which was better. Tv did not work. Room has a weird smell and stains on sheet. Blanket was fleece with numerous holes. No one covered the front desk when I tried to check out at 5:45 am. We had to return later. They only take cash security deposits. Do not stay here.

It was so unsafe that I didn't stay the second night. I tried to get a refund and they would not give me a refund and I still decided not to stay I went and got another room. There was drug activity people beating on the doors all hours of the night I heard yelling and screaming I felt unsafe. The rooms were not clean I can feel the Springs coming through the bed there are pubic hairs in the sink. I was appalled

Place to Park Your Carcass

“Budget Inn” means there are two double beds with two pillows each, a decent blanket, cold mini fridge, working microwave, a tiny bar of soap, and two towels. It’s 85% clean. There is no coffee, there are no pictures, there aren’t outlet covers on half the outlets and they spark when you plug things in. Supplies like towels are only available between 10-4 while housekeeping is on site. You have to get your key cards renewed every day at the office. $50 cash deposit. The location is noisy with lots of road traffic, cars going down the alley playing deafening music, pedestrians talking and partying. Office staff is really nice. It’s a cheap option if you really need a place to crash on your way through. Not recommended for multiple nights or with your family while you’re visiting/attending activities in St Pete.
