I should have been told the hotel had a lot of damage from the hurricane and they would be working on this. I understand hurricane damage I do live in south Florida but I have horrible environmental allergies and should have been given the option to reschedule. When I very nicely said to the receptionist I should have been notified she pointed to a sign on the counter for which I told her I cannot see the sign over 309 miles away. I do stay at this hotel two to three times a year and probably will again but it would be nice to have open communication.

This hotel was very uncomfortable, and I didn't stay for the full two days. I ended up leaving a day early as the beds and pillows were so bad. Springs were literally riding up my spine and I could hardly walk the next day, so I made the late-night drive back to Fort Lauderdale rather than spend the night. Parking was inconvenient when they let busses take up all the front sparking rather than the back. Never will I stay here again. Primarily because I could sleep better in my car but the hotel wasn't dirty or terrible.

We were there hours before Hurricane Milton. Although there were some dining options that were cancelled due to staffing, everyone there was helpful in the face of what was coming and breakfast was excellent.great security requiring key cards at entrances. Pool was available and relaxing

Breakfast used to be included on the price - no longer is available unless you pay for it. Expedia is not selecting the best room for our reservation which becomes an inconvenient particularly in my last check in at Key Largo, Florida

I loved the pool and hot tub! The staff was very nice as well. I stayed in this hotel two years ago while visiting the Salvador Dali Museum and came back for the beautiful pool. The hotel is well maintained and clean and there are also new owners making updates to the rooms.

Smelly when entering the lobby, like mold. First room smelled so bad we went to manager who smelled and apologized giving us a less stinky room. We were exhausted to walk back down so I tried to call and the phone was broken. Next day went to complain as bedding stunk, because they did wash it but room had faint mold smell which manager said was due to the rain. Next the elevator didn’t work, and outside pool spa jets broken. We will NEVER stay at this location ever again. I give it zero stars.
