We stayed for a week and had pool side access. The customer service was top notch. They gave us fresh towels and supplies each day along with a freshly made bed. The one day they even came looking for us in the pool to see if we wanted our room cleaned. All day/night long we saw staff cleaning or conducting general maintenance. Shows they are keen on keeping their facility in good condition. Its a perfect place for families with young children. Pool area has a nice gazebo to relax in the shade and the hot tub is sheltered. Great breakfast too! I only have good things to say about this place.

The pool area was nice. The rooms were very nice all updated. The hallways could be undated. O e of the rooms across the hall from us had tape around the outside of the doorway like did a smoke bomb or something in it BUT they would NOT tell us anything. Didn't like that, kinda smelled like a chemical.of so.e sort!

Nice for short stay. It is clean overall, the staff is nice. The AC on both rooms were not working properly, if you get a two beds rooms you will get two twin full and not two queens, so bed were kind of small for 2 people. Those are my only complaint.

I have been hear once a month since beginning of the year and I love everything about it. The only thing I did not like was the mattress from room 161, was much firmer than all the other room that it gave me a backache.

Room and property were clean. Kudos to the breakfast crew because they were jamming with so many people staying at the hotel. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was too low, and the air conditioning didn’t work well. Room was muggy. We stayed on the first floor and really enjoyed the sliding door feature with two chairs to just sit and relax.

From the check-in to the end of the day I stayed I had great customer service. The front desk person was informative and very nice smiled when I walked in. She accommodated me close to my sister. That was also at the hotel. The rooms are clean, smelling good not like a lot of La Quinta inns. I would recommend this place and I would stay here next time I go to Florida. There was always someone there to answer your questions. There was a man I didn’t get his name at the breakfast place and he kept everything full and fresh. There was food even for the people that came in at 9:30 or 10 AM. Everyone was nice even the cleaning people. When I left, I dropped my room Card. Even when I left the front desk, person was nice. Had a smile on her face. Thank you all for all your service. I will give you guys a five star. I have stayed in different hotels, and I will recommend this place to people I know.
