This lovely single family ranch home is a few hundred feet from Bonita Bayou canal and has lovely water views. Bay beaches are a short bike ride and gulf beaches are about a 15 min. drive. Bustling downtown with its culture, restaurants, museums and music scene is 2 miles away!
Our 2 bedroom home offers a large open eat-in-kitchen that has all new appliances, tile counter tops, double sink, dishwasher, cabinets, a high top table that seats four and extra storage for recycling and garbage cans. It overlooks the living room so you can mingle w/guest while preparing food. Living room has queen pull out couch, two recliner chairs, large screen smart tv, corner desk, wireless printer and coat closet. It has double slider doors leading to deck, back yard and "Zen" garden. Dining room offers dining for 8 plus two side seats and electric fireplace w or w/o heat. The dining room leads to enclosed front porch with water views, seating for four and French doors. The new tile bathroom offers a walk in oversized shower with great water pressure, vanity, medicine cabinet and extra shelving. Two comfy bedrooms with queen beds, dresser, television and large closets, all linens are provided! Huge patio for outdoor enjoyment and off street parking for multiple cars. Attached garage is used for storage and can be accessed from exterior or LR. The garage has a washer/dryer, extra refrigerator, slop sink, toilet, bicycles, beach chairs, inflatable kayak, etc. Small park on canal is just steps away for relaxing and/or fishing. High speed internet, all utilities included. Perfect home for entertaining or just chilling in peaceful environment. We you'll love it here!

Very Nice
The pictures tell the story. It is a modest house. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. What the pictures don't show is the wonderful neighborhood. Quiet, peaceful friendly. Right along the water way. Lovely walks await. Ruthanne is friendly, helpful, courteous, and close by. She'll help you out, or leave you alone, as you wish. It's a great place. We'd stay there again, gladly

Ruthanne was a great host. The neighbourhood is safe and cottage like with most amenities within a 5 minute drive. The accommodations are as shown in the pictures. My only real issue was the kitchen......all brand new appliances but did little to detract from the age of the counter and cupboards. Since we were there for 3+ months, I was disappointed. All in all, our trip was a good one.
