Come relax and enjoy your stay in this beautiful, well appointed and family friendly 5-level town home! We are located on Clearwater Beach, just 200 flip flops (600 feet) from the best beach in Florida!

Watch the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in the hot tub or grilling out up on the rooftop terrace! Your private elevator takes you to all 5 floors. Great care has been taken to decorate and provide you with everything you need for your perfect vacation retreat. This luxury, extra clean, “home away from home” has an oversized double garage, 4 bedrooms (3 queen/1 full/1 set of twin bunk beds), includes all linens, even beach towels! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush!!

Luxury features: granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub, cable TV, Wi-Fi hi-speed internet. Infant/children items are also available: highchair, pack n play, baby safety gate, beach toys, wagons, etc..

The rooftop has everything for your convenience - outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub, and grill. Start your day with visions of a beautiful sunrise in the east over Clearwater Harbor and the Inter coastal waterway and enjoy the evening breezes, twinkling lights and spectacular sunsets over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!!

Beach items are also provided for your convenience: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, wagons and a 'sand cart' to haul it all to the beach!!

There is a wonderful playground right across the street for the little ones and one block down a really fun community pool (open mid-March - late September). If you bring your receipt showing you're stay at the property, you can get half off the entrance fee. Bring a cooler and have a ball!

Nice but needs some tweaks
The location of the townhouse is perfect, just a block and a half from the beach. Plus within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The elevator makes the five floors easy to tackle. But there are a few minor tweaks needed to the property. Three out of four bedrooms did not have dressers or closets it just felt inconvenient to live out of a suitcase for a week. The handle for the shower in the master bathroom needs to be replaced. In the kitchen more silverware and bowls are needed. And the beach chairs need an upgrade, we even replaced 2 of the umbrellas during our stay. Just some attention to these items would make it a 5 star place.

Fabolous space for multiple families
It was very nice to stay at a great townhome four minutes from the best beach access in Clearwater and a ten-minute walk to the heart of the northern downtown area along Mandalay Avenue. The place was clean, in good shape, and overall just nice. There are nice balconies on a few of the levels and on the roof with great views of the Gulf and Mandalay Channel. The elevator works well and helps get all the luggage up to the bedrooms. The assortment of beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, carts etc., was great. The only small "issue" is that it's a very vertical design, so it can be hard to call up to the 4th floor from the 2nd floor when we are trying to coordinate multiple families.

The best part of this property is its location! It is walkable to the highlights of Clearwater beach. We stayed with another family and this worked well for our group of 8. We enjoyed the well stocked beach toys and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop hot tub and gulf views were a great way to begin and end our days. Would stay again.

The location could not have been more perfect! A block from the beach that we walked every morning! Most everything was there that we needed for the kids to enjoy the beach. A small hiccup occured and the owners were immediately responsive apologetic and sincere and issue was resolved. The elevator was amazing for my elderly parents. Rooftop cookouts for the kids after long beach days were amazing at this property. Just ablock from a public access doc where we were able to charter fishing boat. A very reasonable pool day at a public pool just a block away and a playground literally in our front yard. We were able to walk to the nightlife and restaurants. It couldnt have been a more perfect vacation! This is the best property for traveling with both eldery parents and young children. It was very spacious and all 9 of us were very comfortable there. Speedway is across the street aslo and a nice pub just a block away for late night cocktail for the parents. I'd rate this property as our best ever and we habe stayed at several! Best memories were made here!!

Perfect for families
We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect. Walkable to beach, town, shops, venue. Appreciate the beach chairs, wagon and beach towels immensely. Wish the bikes were operable as we had looked forward to using. If you have little ones, they stocked the garage with plenty of beach toys. Enjoyed the roof top but didn’t use hot tub due to outdoor temperature.

Wonderful condo, great location and amenities! Traveled with my husband and 4 adult children, plenty of room for everyone - Walking distance to restaurants and bars, close to tennis courts and rec center with wonderful rooftop views. Common area larger than appears in pictures, fully stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. We loved it and would stay again!

Short stay in Clearwater
After a busy 10 days in Orlando, the property was perfect for a relaxing few days by the beach before returning home. The location of the property is fantastic, being a few minutes walk from the beach. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach (umbrellas, chairs, towels) which was really helpful. The property is also a short stroll from a number of very nice restaurants. The property itself had more than enough room for our two families and was clean and tidy throughout. The views from the top floor were amazing, although given how hot it was we didn’t make use of the hot tub. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout which made checking into the property easy. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to others looking for somewhere to stay in Clearwater Beach.
