Friends and Family Beach Vacay
We had a great week here! Lots of fun, close to the beach and the backyard was awesome. So much space for everyone to enjoy. We had kids ranging from 10-17, and all had the best time. Great place to have a large group on vacation!

A great beach side home for large family gatherings.
A spaious beautiful house steps from the beach. Great pool and hot tub that we used daily. Fully equipped and more than enough room for mutiple family units. Never felt crowded even with 20 people. Loved this home! Thanks for having us.

Large house near the beach
The house fit our 20 person guest list well. The shared bathrooms on the second level got a bit crowded but overall it worked out fine. The house is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware for large groups. However, I would have liked to see more plastic options for the pool area. The pool and hot tub area was great even though it wasn't the best time of year. We paid extra to have it heated an additional 5 degrees. A bit odd as the hot tub was well heated and seemingly included. We also paid extra for use of the golf cart. Both additional fees felt like being a bit nickle and dimed on what was already 2k a night. You'd think a January rental would get some extra pool heat and we ended up not really using the golf cart much because the weather was too cold. My only major complaint and reason for dinging 1* is the towels and linens. The pool/beach towels are a hodge podge of thin cheap towels and the bath towels are the scratchy white ones you get in a low budget hotel. Similarly, the pillows were small and of low quality as were the bed linens. At this price range and home finishes I expected better. It really detracts from the overall quality of the experience and home.Last, the area is still recovering from the hurricanes. Probably 30% of the restaurants are reopened. We were disappointed to learn that the coffee shop and dive bar within walking distance had not rebuilt yet and may never return. The Salt Rock Grill is open though and is within walking distance.

Best Vacation house ever!
This property was SOO BEAUTIFUL, well kept, and was the most well-equipped house we have ever rented, from all the kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, party ware, to the pool and beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, etc. All you have to bring is yourself and some groceries. The rest is all waiting for you! You are just steps away from the beach one way and the river the other way, and the views are amazing! It’s everything you’d want for a terrific vacation!

Fabulous Anniversary Celebration
The property was in tune with creating an engaging space to provide hours of unique pool side fun with waterfalls, water spouts and a twisting slide to keep our grandkids super entertained. For adults the hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball along with large living room seating areas provided space to engage in games and great conversations.

Fantasy Football annual draft

Coastal Breeze is Paradise
From the communication during the booking process until checkout, this was our best VRBO experience. The house was incredible. It had everything you would expect and so many things we would have never expected!! (bluetooth music in the master shower? Wow). While it says the house is not on the beach, it is seconds from the beach and you can see beautiful beach views. So much space to park multiple cars and the backyard is a mini paradise in itself. The owners are so nice and accommodating. There is a great coffee shop three houses down and an amazing seafood restaurant just next door. My new favorite beach house in the Tampa Bay area.

Our family said, "Let's come to this house every year!" It was spacious enough for our large family, kid friendly, and located in close proximity to both the beach and to local shops. We loved our stay and do hope to stay here again. Only one thing might make this house even better: an elevator. My elderly mother struggled to climb the stairs. But she did it, and had a marvelous time. Thank you for everything!

We had 5 families at the house for our boys senior trip and still had plenty of room. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need but even better then that is the location, just steps from the beach. The golf cart was great to have also. Dream Property for Family Vacation!
We loved our stay at Coastal Breeze! As my sister's said "this place is amazing!" Our parents took their 4 daughters and their families here for Michigan winter school break. The house was perfect for us. It was new, exceptionally CLEAN, every detail was thought through including toys for the kids, plenty of supplies for the baby and even shampoo/conditioner/body wash and kitchen cleaners! The hosts were VERY responsive and made our stay very easy. The location is great, right across from the beach and in walking distance to many things. The pool/hot tub and putput golf allowed for plenty of entertainment especially on the cooler days. We would 12/10 recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a family vacation! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
