The online check-in process is very confusing. There was no warning that we had to check in with an unknown site which looked like a scam because it didn't mention the motel name. The online checkin requires entering confidential credit card info and a photo of our ID. We did not receive the room passcode at 10 a.m. per their plan. It took several requests for entry code through text and chat....no phone call available. Finally received it just in time. The room was newly rehabbed but very tiny. I recommend avoiding this motel unless you like remote check in and small rooms!

Avoid at all costs! Make note that there is NO PERSON present at the motel to get you into your room. Instead you have to follow a convoluted set of instructions to get a code to open your room. I spent more than 2 hours trying to get someone to text me instructions to get into my PREPAID room after 6 hours of flying and driving. When I did not get a return text in a timely manner I drove around and found and booked a $150 room in a fleabag motel which I lost once they finally got me into my room. Tech is fine for some things but in my opinion, NOT motel management. Expedia needs to be explicit in their description of this place so so you can make a decisions on whether to book or not.

The check-in was terrible with no one on the property and the code not working it took approximately 20 minutes to get into our room after talking to multiple employees. There were no coffee pods for the Keurig, in fact there was a used one in the machine. The TV & Roku were unplugged and it wasn’t worth my time to try and figure it all out. The beds were nice though

No no...don't go there!

This place went downhill fast! Initially a cute boutique motel, renovated, and welcoming. This time i was shocked when I entered. Very strong musty smell, mildew in bathroom, poorly eqipped, didn't seem safe to use items in kitchenette. Asked about hair dryer and additional coffee/tea, and tissue box missing. All fine last stay, lacking this. Signs posted throught room about charges for damage and taking items. I was told to get a hair dryer, more than the 1 kcup found in room, tissues, etc from the game room! As other guests got there first, there was nothing in game room either! THAT'S why they place items in a guests room, so they can use them!...as was the case last 2 times. Other stays were delightful. Charming boutique motel!! What happened? Everything was in place in the room, nicely appointed, clean, fresh and welcoming. Not this time. I left a day early...abysmal stay!

Bad customer service

Neither of 2 TV’s worked. No ice maker to be found. No front desk for help. 3 times via an email someone said they send a maintenance person, no one ever showed up. I have any email saying they refund my money as we left after 2nd day of a 6 day vacation. Never got an miney back.

Located on a busy street, entry to rooms dirty, housekeeping staff did not speak English. Rooms were tiny, but clean although they smelled musky, moldy and faintly of old smoke. We picked this place because it was local and pet friendly, we had planned on staying over night. But did not feel it was a safe or quiet area, so did not stay and checked out early. There is no one on site that spoke English that could help.
