This property has been in decline for several years. It needs to be updated but apparently the owners don’t want to spend the money. It is a large property, well located on hwy 19N. The facility is large and has a nice pool. But routine maintenance and painting is not done, the bathroom grout and caulk in our room was a mess. The “ breakfast” includes waffles that you make, an apple, yogurt cups, and cold cereal. Also OJ and coffee that’s pretty bad. No toast, muffins, eggs or other items you would expect to find.

Our stay was short, but I enjoyed the property. The bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The bath was clean. We didn’t swim, but the pool area was lovely. The breakfast was disappointing. I was expecting a continental to have various breads and muffins. I saw waffles, cereal and yogurt and juices. If there was toast I missed it!

Good experience overall, room was private, clean, and spacious. Property was well kept and pool area was pretty. Property is quite large and spread out, would recommend for front desk staff to remember to inform guests checking in which direction their room is.

My wife went in early to see what time she could check in and to see if she could get a late check out. The front Desk Clerk was quite rude and it got to a point where she didn't want to stay anymore. we went to check in later that day and the front desk clerk in the evening was much more courteous. The stay was okay however we heard our neighbor cough at 3 in the morning which woke us up.

Better property and you know it's a little bit cut price gouging going on over here in Florida with the whole hurricane thing you know the hotel it should be probably by step by 80 bucks it is 250 bucks so thank you and then all the cash deposit on top of that I don't care about it no big deal they didn't get back to me they said I smoked in my room and the blood on a dog god bedspread you know but you are best friend haven't done a bone night yet yeah they did take it to try to get up boom blanket no they
