RumFish Beach at TradeWinds offers 211 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature a safe and coffee/tea makers. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeepers:) I didn’t enjoy the selling at the check in, also one male bartender was incredibly rude(sorry didn’t get his name). All other bartenders were kind and personable, especially Emily.

Staff was really not friendly. When we called for extra towels or coffee. Would be very convenient for guests on first floor if there was a key card to unlock sliding glass door. Both the main door and siding glass doors stick and were difficult to open and close. We enjoyed your resort and the many amenities. The cabanas and chairs on the beach, adult only pool, poolside bars, pickleball. Many recreational options.

Rate was good but assigned one of the worst rooms in the hotel right next to office entrance/parking lot with an AC that did not work properly. Hot night. No pool service at your chairs, you have to walk to bar, although close. I like chair side service. They sell time shares too if you’re into hearing about that, not for me.

The staff is very nice, helpful and usually in a good mood. The facilities are a bit rundown in some parts (not all) but nothing major. The beach is right in front, there are cabanas to use, clean towels every day... It is fine for a beach holiday. The pool-side restaurant would benefit from having a slightly wider choice and use less salt :)

Very disappointed in the property. Both elevators were out of order and we were on the 4th floor. Our AC kept tripping and going off. Finally learned how to reset it ourselves so we didn’t have to continue to wait over an hour each time. Continuous barking dog.

Our room was small- bathroom was extremely tiny- and although the main areas of the room were clean there was dust in the vents, corners and around the perimeter of each room. We noticed people without wrist bands and without room keys for the gates swimming in the pools, they talked about being locals, so it seemed they knew staff did not police the grounds to ensure only paying guests used the amenities. This was troubling because I even saw a guy ride up on a bike, walk throughout the parking lot and jump back on his bike; he looked nefarious because of this behavior
