This listing does not meet VRBO standards. The ad is not correct and pictures are misleading. The second bedroom has a queen bed NOT a set of bunks, a queen and a single as claimed. The ad said that washer & dryer were available which we assumed meant it was in the apartment. We would not have stayed if we’d had other options. We wasted the first night trying to get wifi to work, only to learn later that we’d been given the wrong information. The overall conditions of the apartment appear as if it was hurricane damaged and not fully renovated. The area under the bathroom sink was never sealed back up which might be how the cockroach got in. Baseboards and ceilings have peeling paint. . We had to live out of our suitcases. There are no dressers. Bedrooms have only a bed and one side table with lamps too low to read by. Bath towels are something from the rag bin. Bed linens are old and pilled. Linens look as they were purchased at a second hand store. The living room has a nice L-shaped sofa but no chairs. The curtains don't fully cover the front windows & I found a beer bottle behind them. While the kitchen table would have been a good place to use a laptop, there’s no plug nearby. We had to use the sofa end table. We couldn’t use the dishwasher because there wasn’t any dishwasher soap and because it appears not to be properly installed. It tips forward when opened. There was only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days. That’s quite optimistic.
