This property has a flight of stairs from the entrance/garage to the living room. There is also another flight of stairs from the kitchen area to the bedrooms. If anyone in your party has trouble with stairs, this may not be the place for you.

The living room has a smart TV with internet connection, a pull-out couch, and three chairs; there is no cable or live TV available. The sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with patio furniture overseeing the water. There is also a half bathroom on the same floor. From the living room, there are three steps connecting to the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, pots, and bakeware. The kitchen has granite countertops, with stools and an elevated granite counter for eating. The dining table sits up to eight people; there is a TV at the foot of the table. This area also has sliding glass doors leading to the front balcony with a patio table to enjoy a nice breakfast. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor.

The top floor has three bedrooms (all with smart TVs) and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, an elliptical machine, and a beautiful view of the water in a romantic setting. The master bathroom has a two sinks, a large tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is in the hallway.

The backyard faces the water and has a patio with a Weber gas grill, a dining table, chairs, a wicker love-seat, two movable lawn chairs, and a fishing/boat dock.
There is free parking in the garage and driveway.

Nearby attractions: The beach is only a three minute walk away. There is a public park with a picnic area and brand new pickleball courts across the street. There are also public tennis courts and a library two blocks away. Pickleball and tennis equipment are at the house and available to guests, as well as two bicycles. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance including local favorites Frenchy's, Beachcomber, and Crabby Bill's.

Great location - close to the action
We had a great time at this property. Location was great. We could easily walk to the beach and also want to the restaurant and shop area. It was far enough away from the large condos so the beach was not super crowded. Would definitely stay again.

A spacious, quiet, beautiful North Clearwater Beach Getaway
This was a great size home for four adults. We loved the different levels and space to relax. The bay outback was a nice area to sit and enjoy the view. The house has two decks so no matter what time of day it is you can enjoy sun or shade. Having the washer and dryer was a great benefit! We used the beach equipment every day . It is in a quiet area and an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. If stairs are difficult for you to manage this is not a home for you to rent.

The house is bright and spacious, and was more than enough room for 5 adults. Being on the water meant a beautiful view, especially sunrise, and there was always a cool breeze. It's close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood...perfect!

This place was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, stores and bars. Easy Uber to baĺkpark. The house had a lot of space for us all to share. There are a lot of stairs, so you need to be able to handle that. They were not a problem for us. The back and front balconies provided great spots to rest. So nice to have the extra waterfront at the back as well. The provided extras were wonderful for our beach trips. And our host was very responsive and incredibly accomodating. Would highly recommend.

Great proximity to Clearwater Beach
Property was comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Kitchen is sparse so you need to bring everything for cooking except very basic pots and pans (no pantry items either). There are a lot of stairs in the house and the backyard opens up directly to the water so it’s not the best for a toddler but it’s easy to walk to the park and other amenities.

Wonderful Property!!
Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach yet very convenient and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. House was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The property manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony or dock. We even saw a dolphin playing there one day. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property in a great location
We are a family of 5 with teenage triplets. We really enjoyed the property for the following reasons. - property was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, wagon, mask and snorkel, beach buckets etc. The kitchen had modern appliances and all the needed kitchen utensils to cook meals in. - There were multiple TV’s including in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The only downside is that there is not cable or local channels. I would inquire with the owner if this is important for your stay. - Great location on the bay with a dock that facilitated easy paddleboarding. Loved teh sunrise views. Easy walk to the North Beach Commerical area and just a short walk to the the beach. Overall, a great stay.

Nice getaway with the family
We have a young family (kids ages 9, 7, 4, and 3) and the house had everything we needed to live comfortably. Loved the beach toys, stroller and wagon for walking, everything was clean and neat. Would stay there again!

Very nice, with access to dock on the canal. Lots of extras including beach wagon, cooler, chairs, bikes, and bbq grill. The property is split up and has several stairs which could make it difficult or elderly renters.

Unfortunately, the weather and the tides were not in our favor. We wanted to be on the water boating most of the week we stayed at the property, but because of the cold front and the Red Tide we were not able to take full advantage of the homes dock to access the bay. The home itself was in a great location. The amenities advertised were available.

Townhouse is just gorgeous very spacious pictures are not realistic its big, garaze is huge porch is facing intercoastal waters balcony on boat sides of the house very quiet, Best part about its located in heart of Clearwater shops restaurants are 2min short walk , Beach is 5 min walking distance Owner provided beach chairs towels, toys,suncreen even beach cart is available just load everything and enjoy time on the beach, You can fish from the deck 24/7 weber grill is right there for diner. Owners are very responsible ans responsive anything you need they will take of it. Very special place.

Close to beach & the strip. Clean and lots of extras provided that we haven’t had at other places!
Everything was exactly as advertised. It was clean and they provide a lot of extras. There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that. We would stay here again. Close to the strip and the beach. Easy communication.
