Love Cowpet and the are but the one bedroom is private while the second and third bedrooms are open to living room. Not doable for 3 couples at all and ended up renting another room. Don’t like spiral staircase snd getting luggage up. Space is okay maybe for family but not for 2coiples and certainly not 3

My family of 5 had a lovely stay at Theresa's condo at the Elysian over Thanksgiving holiday. This area is very peaceful but also convenient as there is a (very pricey) restaurant and also coffee shop just a few steps away. The condo is very homey and kitchen was well equipped for cooking if you are so inclined. They also have many amenities in case anything is forgotten. Layout was comfortable for our group. Note that the upstairs bedrooms do not have a door in between - was fine for us and described in the listing as well. The view from the balcony is wonderful - such a peaceful beach. It was never too crowded and beautiful for sunrise. The area felt very safe. We walked the neighboring condos and also through the Ritz Carlton which is next door. We chartered a catamaran from Red Hook which was an exceptional day. Red Hook is very close and has a few shops and restaurants - recommend Tarpin. We also did a fishing afternoon but seems that mornings are better for fishing though it was a nice afternoon. We also took the car ferry to St John and hiked Reef Bay trail - highly recommend if you like a good hike.

The property was spacious with 3 clean and spacious bathrooms and living space. The kitchen had all the necessary items with all the "extras" such as 2 beach chairs, snorkle equipment, and coolers! The balconies were spacious with great views. Best of all, the communication with Teresa and Dom was the best. They were very attentive and answered all questions. Their place was the BEST!!

We truly enjoyed our stay and we do not have one negative thing for this property. Teresa was great to communicate with. The property was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy and we loved the patios and balcony’s with the views. The Beach had good snorkeling spots near the rocks. we enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. Whenever we come back to St Thomas, we are contacting Teresa and Dom!

Spectatular!
Everything was fabulous! Teresa was fantastic about reaching out/responding to make sure we were all set, had questions, etc. The condo was beautiful (the two upper bedrooms don't have a door between, which was fine for our girls, but we didn't realize it from the listing). But everything else made up for it- 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies and we used them all! Lots of products in the bathrooms (everyone seems to leave unused items like sunscreen, so we did too). The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, etc., and I recommend checking in before hitting the grocery store (two nearby) because there were plenty of spices, oils, condiments, etc. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and then spent the days at the pool or beach (or both). Both were amazing and the water was crazy warm. Restaurants onsite were great and there were tons nearby in Red Hook. So much to do and we had a fabulous time! We highly recommend Teresa and Dom's place!

This place is amazing!!
Our family trip to St.Thomas, USVI was fantastic and staying at Teresa & Dom's condo was a big reason why...From the ease of check-in and close parking to the beautiful grounds and lay-out of the condo itself, they have truly thought of all your needs as travelers. The condo is clean and well furnished, and has everything you need to have a great beach visit. The main floor is spacious with a wonderful master suite and the kids loved having their own space upstairs, complete with a balcony. Having access to all the beach gear (coolers, chairs, towels, beach toys) was just great. Any questions we had were promptly answered and they gave us good info on things to do on and around the island. The Red Hook side of STVI is definitely the place to be and this location was just amazing. We will be back to stay here again! Thank you Teresa and Dom!!!

Wonderful family vacation
We were very happy with our stay in St Thomas at Teresa and Dom's condo. The condo was clean and spacious and all of the essentials and then some were left for us to use. They were very generous with laundry detergent, coffee, etc. The location is also great, and we were very happy with Sangria's for many breakfasts and lunches and The Caribbean Fish Market for a few dinners, which are both a very short walk from the condo on the property and on the beach. We also cooked a bit in the condo, the kitchen was great, and everything we could as for was available for our use. The beach and pool at the Elysian were also really nice, my kids loved both! There were even beach and pool toys for my kids to play with, including snorkeling gear! There was a ton to do outside of the resort as well, we went swimming with sea lions, took the ferry to st john and went to Trunk Bay Beach, went to Magens Bay, which was gorgeous, and went parasailing in Sapphire Beach. Plus tons of great dinners all over St Thomas. We give Teresa and Dom's rental 12 thumbs up from my whole family and were very happy with the communication and assistance they provided before and during our stay. Everything was wonderful!

Excellent place to stay near Red Hook
We had a wonderful stay at the condo! We were two couples and it’s very spacious, with separate suites for both couples. Each suite has its own balcony, plus a balcony off the living area. It’s one of the best stocked condos we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything from kitchen to laundry to beach towels, chairs, floaties, snorkel gear. Just everything you might need. Communication with the owner was top notch. They gave us all kinds of recommendations, plus had plenty more brochures and taxi cards in the condo. Texts were immediately answered, and they checked on us by text to be sure we had everything we needed. The resort itself has a pool, nice beach and swimming area, a beach type bar with food, a pool bar, and a high end restaurant. It’s an easy 10 min taxi ride to Red Hook where there is a grocery and great restaurants, and taxis are always available at the resort and in town or at the beaches to get back. 10 min taxi to the ferry to St John which we did three times and loved! St Thomas is not an island for walking, the entire island has narrow roads with no shoulder, so would not recommend walking. Overall, we loved our stay in St Thomas and can’t say enough about all the beautiful beaches.

What a fabulous place to stay. Perfect for a family. Great that some condiments are left for the next stay and even some spirits :) Beautiful balcony overlooking the bay. So nice to be on the beach. Amenities like the restaurant and cafe were a nice surprise. Tennis courts (bring your own pickleball rackets). 5 min to Red Hook. Would absolutely stay here again. Therese was very responsive to questions/requests.

Beautiful place and wonderful location
Theresa and Don's condo was well equipped, clean and had excellent views. Clear instructions, lists of attractions and phone numbers for anything we needed were clearly posted. When we needed assistance Theresa responded quickly. St. Thomas has rolling power outages and the first day the generator did not function properly. This was taken care of by Elysian management. We took taxi's the entire trip since we were not confident driving on the left side of the road. Our taxi driver Vernita arranged four days of outings and took us on a wonderful tour of the entire island. We spent the first day at Cowpet Bay Beach. The other two days we spent at the pool which was very enjoyable. It was very hot since we were there in September and the No-See-Ums feasted on me so I would recommend bringing a bug repellant with high DEET value if you are susceptible to bug bites.

Property was amazing! Parking right outside with only a very short staircase to get to the door! Comfortable beds and couch. Bathrooms and kitchens nice and well stocked. I can’t say enough about the owners of the property! They are so nice and accommodating! Always right there w any help you could need. Also they go above and beyond with extras (bug spray, sunscreen, extra shampoos and soaps, etc.) anything you forgot or didn’t think about no worries you will find it at the condo! Will stay here again!

Great time in St Thomas
Our third trip to St Thomas, first time we stayed at this property and in this condo. It was exactly as described, and we were very pleased with it. There are plenty of extras in the condo from towels and beach accessories to extra items in the kitchen that make the stay a very nice experience. Owners are great and readily available if needed. Would stay here again and recommend that you do as well.

Very nice, clean beach, relaxing
Our unit was very comfortable and clean. It had a nice view from the multiple balconies. the owner helped with any questions we had and was very accommodating. Our flight got changed to later and we were allowed to get out of the unit later which actually gave us some time on the b each on our check out day.
