This hotel was horrible. You are first great by the pervasive smell of dirty carpets. This smell continued into the guest room. Surburban is a kitchenette hotel, however, there were no basic cooking/eating items provided. I left my pillows and went back—the same day—and they could not find them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The staff were very professional and helpful.

Main entrance doors were sticky and dirty. Breakfast was a joke, we were handed frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. But you did have a choice of waffles or pancakes instead, but we thought the better choice was Jimmy Dean. Bed cover was stained, tub was difficult to get in and out of because the base of the tub was higher than the floor. I did see a spider in the room. On a high note the air conditioning worked well, pillows were great, and it was very quiet.

The only thing that we didn’t like was breakfast. I was hoping for better options. The waffles we super sugary and nothing like I’ve have before. The room was amazing and more than I expected for the price. I’ll definitely keep them in mind when I need another room.

We absolutely loved this place. I am very picky regarding hotels. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Every single front desk staff was friendly whether it was overnight or in the daytime. They give you a to go breakfast with a couple different options. We loved hanging out on the back patio. They have two barbecues that you can use. We extended our stay a couple times. Don't get discouraged because you haven't heard of the name of the hotel. It's a new building and very clean. They have a nice little gym and a laundry room also

The carpet in our room was so stained that we didn’t want to take our shoes off. I couldn’t find a hairdryer so I searched in all the drawers. There was a horrible sticky mess in one of the drawers that just left us feeling grossed out. The hotel found us a hairdryer which was cracked and barely stayed switched on. We hung clothes in the closet, which made them smell. Everything had to be laundered when we got home whether we’d worn it or not. Staff told us they were fully-booked, so we couldn’t change rooms. Our overall feeling was that it was dirty and icky. Would not recommend!

Dogs are $75!!!!! They say it’s pet friendly but most hotels a dog is 25 but this place is $75!!! The room was $105 and the dog was $75!!!! For $75 I could have put the dog in a nice overnight doggie hotel. And this place does NOT HAVE BREAKFAST! The don’t have the eggs and waffle machine and a place to sit. You get a doggy bag with a waffle or pancake that you have to cook yourself. It’s like elementary school food back in the 80’s. The shower floor was nasty, the toilet was constantly running, there is no fan in the bathroom, the carpet floor was moist from the air conditioner leaking, the wallpaper was leaking, the walls are scuffed. The cut corners in every way. We won’t stay here again.
