No clear communication that check in ends at 11 pm. Average late check in time is 3 am standard. Got there at 12 am and could not access the front desk or check in. Had to relocate.
The chair in the room was a kitchen table chair. There is no coffee maker in the room or available in the lobby for 20 of the 24 hour day. I was told you have to ask for a coffee maker as I was checking out but it wasn't mentioned to me in advance.
If you get there early you have to pay a $25 fee on top of what you paid to book the room just say if a person dose not have the $25 fee you got to wait to 3:00pm to get in and when you do get in the room the smoke decorator dirty it was not clean then mirror look like never clean around the edges shower seen hair from someone else not me or my father and a stain on the bed sheet. Plus getting there they had a guy painting the line in the parking lot and up next to the building and people over top of us kid running and sound like they was moving stuff around keeping us up most of the night trying to get ready for a marathon race but with all the noise from the room above us keep us up

The property is located right outside of MCB Quantico and very convenient for family day and graduations from OCS. We booked four rooms and each was unique in what it provided. One room had soap and shampoo, one had a bath mat, one had a plastic mattress protector, and one had extra towels, but none had all of it. I would recommend a standard makeup for rooms and to ensure there is a means to make coffee each morning as the coffee machine in the lobby was not working.

Very basic. The staff at front desk were friendly. I was there only for one evening. It was fine.
This was one of the best lower cost hotels I'd stayed at. We had an annoying dog next door to us but that was not the hotel staff's fault and otherwise our stay was great. The entire staff is insanely friendly and welcoming and the on-site manager is very sweet and has nothing but good intentions for the people staying. I am staying again for a week soon and will consistently stay afterward as needed.
Staff deserves a better hotel. It was pretty gross!! Carpet was gross and made my eyes water. It felt like you were walking on a soggy sponge. I had to invest in house shoes because I didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. Nasty smell. Roaches crawled around everywhere. We left with bite marks all over our body. We never confirmed if it was bed bugs or not because they put this cover on the bed that won’t allow you to physically see the mattress. Now that we are no longer at the hotel, the bumps are going away. Like I said, staff is great and deserves a much better hotel.
It was amazing. I loved that the cleaning crew was not knocking and interrupting like the other hotels. If we needed something we could just go up there at anytime. The customer service was very pleasant and price was cheap for this kind of service.
