Property was very dated in the rooms and the dining options were pretty misleading. Very clean and up to date in the lobby. But it is not very welcoming and very empty feeling. Ok overall but better more comfortable and convenient in Stamford

Hotel parking garage is a mess with chairs and tables everywhere, shower did not work- faucet fell off the wall. Ac would not stop blowing cold air- room was freezing, even after it was "off"

Large hotel with many rooms. Some updates have been made. The bathroom in my room could use an update but themain room had newish carpet and wall coverings. Furniture was dated.

Quiet hotel in a good location. Parking was easy. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there next time I’m in Stamford.

Everything was great but the floors in the room were not cleaned. The carpet had some fingernails on it showing it was not vacuumed and floors were a bit sticky in back room. Really liked the hotel and staff and everything else was clean.

The hotel does have a stately appearance upon entering, but I must admit that I was underwhelmed by my room. The room had incredibly poor lighting and a lingering stench that took several hours for my nose to become blind to. Additionally, the bed needed a proper frame or skirt to conceal the pedestrian wooden frame that stuck out like a sore thumb. I was also frustrated that there was only one washcloth in the bathroom.

Everything was good until we talked about the parking. It is paid parking for this complex of $10 dollars. This was unacceptable, so I found a FREE spot to park across the street.

Stay was comfortable and great. Pooll was amazing. Hottub was out of service. The dry sauna was nice the wet sauna was moldy. Front desk staff was amazingly poliet and helpful
