Staff was great , area was great, check in was easy but had issues as many rooms did not have a working ac thankfully I was one of the lucky ones, room was small but that wasn’t an issue, beds are comfortable and tv worked fine, some issues we had were that some pillows had makeup stains , toilet was dirty and shower is really small and had an awkward shower head u had to shower in the corner of the already small shower , besides that everything was great and would stay again worth the price

Horrible horrible place !!! As soon as we arrived the first thing front desk said was “ the air conditioner is broken but the windows open you can open a window” ! When she said that I should have ran ! Well we got our key walked into the room and as soon as we turned on the lights the cockroaches just started running on the walls and ceiling!! Omg ! The bed had hair all over the sheets and pillows. The restroom was dirty ! In the corner or the room was food scattered , as if someone left a snack for the bugs , and on this food in the corner was about 10 tiny little cockroach just eating at the food !! My grand daughter felt so sick we just turned around and left !! Ran as fast as we could !! Never again !

This property has roaches , and the AC is broken down. We got moved to a different room and that one also had roaches . We just slept in our car that night.

I really liked the front desk staff at this location. They were very polite, cheerful, and competent, even though they were stretched thin and super busy. The cost to stay three nights was sooo much less than staying hear Disney, so I don’t want to be too hard on the hotel, but the rooms were small, the beds were small, there were no fridges or microwaves in the rooms, and the shower was this teeny little thing that didn’t have a lot of water pressure. The parking lot was a little suspect, and my wife and I were concerned about our car making it through the night without being broken into. We didn’t end up having any issues along that lines, but we both personally witnessed a couple of suspicious transactions taking place (an exchange of goods for money, if you know what I mean) that had us slightly concerned. Our room faced down into a busy street, and we heard every single car that traveled that street. But again, we were in a budget and trying to save money for other things, and getting a hotel room for three nights at the cost we did, it was hard to complain. The rooms were very Spartan, no couches or extra chairs to sit on. The TV was pretty small and the remote didn’t work. We had to wait an extra day to get extra towels because the front desk didn’t have any spares. But this Motel 6 is located 5 miles from Disney, right down Katella Drive, so it was super convenient and saved us over 600 dollars for three nights.
