The hotel was clean, but especially the breakfast area. Often, hotel breakfasts can be trashed by the patrons, but the attendant was all over the buffet, cleaning up and restocking. Very impressed!

If you are looking for a quiet property 7 min away from fun/downtown, this is it! This hotel is also in walking distance to some restaurants and a gas station. If you want to be able to walk outside and be in the heart of activity, then you will want to stay in a hotel that is located on College Avenue or Beaver Street-or close to one of those streets. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and patient with us, as we were there for a wedding and sometimes congregated late into the evening in the lobby. If our room was messy or dirty, it was our own doing. We chose not to have someone clean our room every day, but when we arrived, our room to looked great! Anytime we needed anything we could call down to the front desk or go down to the front desk and everything was at our fingertips. as for the weight room, it is so if you plan on working out, you might want to find a good trail to hike on instead, and the pool is on the small side; no food or drink allowed, which I do understand. Thank you so much for a great stay. * The continental breakfast and coffee machine was definitely a bonus!

The staff at the reception were very cordial. Liked the online pre registration. We were family of 4 2 adults and 2 kids and the rooms were spacious. Free parking and easy commute to food and highway.

Unfriendly. I am 76 years old. I had a cart loaded with luggage. The young woman at the front desk gave me the second to last room on the floor. It was a long and difficult hike. When I asked her if there was a room near the elevator, she switched me to one right next to the elevator. So I had to schlepp back with all the luggage. Why did I have to ask about that? It was insensitive and I felt she just looked at me, saw an old lady and decided it didn't matter what room she gave me. Well, it did matter. Then there was nothing in the room about how to connect to the Internet. I had to ask about that. And there were no listings of restaurants nearby, no menus. I had to ask for those at the front desk. There was no card with information about the hours for the pool and the fitness room. They ran out of tea and didn't completely restock, only put out two tea bags. No juice at breakfast. It would have been a good thing if there was someone to help me with the luggage cart. Why isn't there a handyman who can double as a porter? The Internet was terrible. And I couldn't keep phone conversations going. All of my phone calls got dropped at one point or another. One was an important business call. That's unacceptable. Also, no one told me there were tables and chairs outside by the side of the hotel. I would have preferred to eat my dinner there rather than in my room. Staying there was so unfriendly, unwelcoming and difficult that I cancelled my planned stay for this Sunday.
