The hotel is beautiful and clean. The bed is super comfortable but they need to fix the heating system. The noise it makes during the night did not let me sleep at all, and you can hear the noise from the adjacent rooms as well. Very annoying. Also, the need to add a good breakfast place and really improve the food.

Property and area was great. Only complaint is that after checking out, we realized that we had left an item in the room. At that point it had been 2 hours since checking out. Returned to the hotel and had the head housekeeper check the lost and found as well as the trash. Unfortunately the item couldn’t be found. Leads me to believe that whoever cleaned our room stole it. Very unfortunate because it really left a bad taste in our mouths from what would have otherwise been a 5 star stay.
