Decent rooms and super helpful staff! Breakfast was good and welcome because there weren’t other options that we saw nearby. I chose this venue partly because of the free airport shuttle, but my flight was delayed and the shuttle service was done for the day once I got to the pick up area, which resulted in taking an expensive taxi.

The furnace in our room didn’t work even after they sent a maintenance man to fix it. We were chilled all night. There was also no cold water from the tap. The toilet seat needs to be tightened. There was plenty of hot water. We were in room 166

It would have been nice if their breakfast started a little bit earlier. We had a shuttle to the airport at 6am and that's when breakfast started. I asked if I could have a danish. She just kind of looked at me with a disgusted look. They were all ready to put out so I took one.
