We were put into a motel room which I thought by the pictures was supposed to be all hotel. The room was old and needed renovation. Floors tiles in bathroom were loose and the carpet looked really dirty and probably should have been replaced years ago. We have been in a lot nicer hotel rooms than this for the same or less.

The room was space, clean & comfy. Staff were excellent. The pool slide is a lot of fun. The only recommendations would be to improve the key card system as the cards continuously stop working. The bed sofas could use new mattresses.

Stayed 4 nights. Had to ask to have room cleaned properly on Monday & on Wednesday it was not cleaned at all. Staff shortage they said. Front desk brought us towels etc however was told “they don’t make beds”. They apologized however disappointed in this hotel.

The swimming pool and slide amazing. The breakfast was phenomenal. If we go to Stettler again... this is place to stay. The beds were so comfortable.

The property is showing signs of wear and tear - the tap in the sink was broken and the top came off - mold was beginning to show in the grout surrounding the bath - the floor tile at the entry to the room was broken - the coffee cup were chipped.
