lovely house with all you need

The house was great, just like on the pictures and Fabrizio answered all questions in a short turnaround. The only 2 things I would mention is nothing to do with Fabrizio's property, but still worth knowing: - the house is on the hill, app. 20 mins walk uphill from the closest shop (not too many around)/restaurant/beach. So if you were thinking of going without a car, think again :). It is manageable, we did it, but it needs lot of organisation and some stamina. - the neighbours on the left had small kids and building works going on, and so they were super noisy. Not sure if they are permanent neighbors or guests, and hopefully the works have finished, so just wanted to mention (again, not Fabrizio's fault andnmaybebnot even a constant issue)

Das ideale Haus für den Urlaub

Das Haus war auch besser als erwartet, sehr gepflegt, funktionell, modern und mit viel Bewegungsraum, draussen und drinnen. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Parkplatz ist im Schatten ( im Sommer das ist wichtig). Der Besitzer hat auf alle unsere Fragen / Anliegen sofort geantwortet, es hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Danke Fabrizio!

Beautiful townhouse with everything you need

Very close to the beautiful town of Stintino. The house offers everything you could wish for. The family felt absolutely at home. The neighbors were very noisy between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. - otherwise it was idyllic all day. The very hard beds were a challenge for us, the nearby beaches are wonderful and the way to and from Porto Torres is super short. Thank you for allowing us to spend holidays in your house.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, leider etwas weit entfernt vom Strand, ca. 2.5 von Pelosa. Internet gut aber limitiert. Streaming mit Netflix nur bedingt möglich! Sehr nette Gastgeber, schöner Urlaub!!

quando vuoi fare una vacanza perfetta

non esiste un quadro bellissimo senza una cornice adeguatamente bella come il quadro : in questa vacanza la bellezza di questo quadro e' stata la mia famiglia riunita in questo posto da favola e la cornice che ricordo serve per esaltare il quadro e' stata questa splendida casa gestita e curata da un ottima famiglia che mi ha permesso sin da subito di vivere in armonia la mia vacanza, ho avuto l'impressione di essere sempre stato li, in quella casa sotto quell'indimenticabile sole

Ottima e confortevole

La casa è all'interno di un Residence privato molto tranquillo e curato, fra le aree residenziali più belle di Stintino. Eravamo in 5 (io, mia moglie e 3 ragazzi) sistemati in modo molto comodo e confortevole. La casa è molto fresca e pulita. Complimenti ai giovani proprietari per la cura dei dettagli e dei confort. Arredi essenziali semplici e decorosi. Particolamente apprezzati i prodotti di prima necessitá già presenti nell'alloggio al nostro arrivo. Consigliatissima.

Casa ampia e confortevole...

La casa è inserita in una zona tranquilla lontana dalla strada ma comoda per raggiungere le principali spiagge. La Pelosa dista circa 1,5 km. La casa al suo interno è tenuta molto bene e ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, lenzuola e asciugamani....); all’esterno è presente un ampio patio, un bel giardino (con doccia esterna) e un barbecue. Il proprietario è disponibile per qualsiasi necessità!

Mooie woning, genoeg ruimte. Jammer dat er buren zijn.

Genoeg strand in de buurt. Het mooiste strand is echter veel te druk, Stintino is een leuk stadje met vele restaurants, boot excursies en huurbootjes. We hadden 2 weken geboekt, echter weinig rust gehad ivm. luidruchtige buren.
