Whilst we endeavour to ensure our guests have a happy and comfortable stay we are disappointed to learn you were not happy with yours. I wonder if you brought your issue to the attention of our reception team whilst you were here as we would have happily made you more comfortable.
There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Business amenities include a business centre and meeting rooms. Public spaces have free WiFi. The business-friendly Caladh Inn also features dry cleaning/laundry services, room service (during limited hours), and a lift. Self parking is free. This 3-star Stornoway hotel is smoke free.
