Located in Stowe Hollow this completely renovated 4-bedroom house is just 4 minutes to Stowe Village center with all of its restaurants, bars, shops & Art Galleries . The Ski Resort is another 15 minutes with quick direct access up Mountain Rd. The recreation path with 5 miles of Bike & walking trail in the summer and XCountry Skiing in the winter is also 4 minutes from the house. Add in that the Pinnacle trail is a short distance away for hiking makes this an ideal location for a family vacation year round. The house has a new open concept Chef's kitchen with high end appliances which opens up into the dining room with a modern farmhouse table and seating for 8. Next to the dining area is a lovely cozy living room with a gas fireplace to enjoy in the evening after a day exploring Stowe and the surrounding area. The 4 bedrooms are very comfortable with high end linens, there are 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, allowing space for comfort and relaxation. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers in all bathrooms. In the lower level is another comfortable hang out area with a couch, chairs and TV. In the summer you are able to cool the house if needed with the AC. The house has a deck for you to enjoy in the summer as well as a very nice lawn with a fire pit and chairs.
