They changed my room from 2 beds to 1 bed. When told we needed a 2 bed room, they said they were out and we could sleep on the couch in the room. Ended up having to book a room at a different hotel and get my credit card company involved to charge back. Stay very far away from this hotel. The worst experience ive ever had with a hotel.
Loved my stay. It was quite. The room was clean and you could walk to all the hotspots in Strasburg. For how cheap the rooms are you more then get your moneys worth. My only complaint is the guy that cleans the rooms knows very little english so it's hard to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again
Customer Service communication is excellent and instructions were clear. The entire complex is quiet and the room size is nice. I enjoy the layout. My main concern would be the smell. I'm not sure what it is or from what, but it's like stale air. It may help if they had plug ins or owned windows to allow fresh air to circulate between stays. Also, not sure where to toss out the garbage bags once they're full. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend! :)
The bathroom dont have a vent so is moldy Most of the the have 2 sink but they get clogged They dont come to fix it also ac or heater dont work properly the manager don't speak English he rud not just him the owner is more rud and everyone that works there they racist they dont have front desk so went you got a problem you have to call a number that they never pick up went you not in your room they go in side the room and take pictures to send it to the owner also if you need paper towels or anything for the room you have to call the same number that they dont pick up
Doors open with a code and sometimes I doesn't work ect ect
They don’t have heat and it’s a spider wrapped in webs and pregnant the manger of the building was nice but doesn’t know English and the toilet over flowed the first night he plunged it and it never worked

It was a nice and affordable stay, the managers were very communicative via email and texts..the room was clean and quaint. There was some choking to the walls and someone had left their frozen meals In the freezer but that didn't bother us we just didn't touch it. The only thing I would suggest is if the reservation says 2 adults and 1 child under 2. I would put that guest on the first floor instead of the second floor just so it's easier lifting everything inside. Overall great stay, perfectly in the middle of Amish country, near Dutch wonderland, the Strasburg train museum and kettle kitchen village..
We did not stay, because we were not forewarned of the remotely run business, without staff. We were expecting a typical Hotel/Motel atmosphere and were not prepared for what existed. It reminded me a whole lot of a $3.00 dollar hostel.
I went in and left because the air quality was very poor. It smelled molded. The room was unsanitary and unkept. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the space with my children.
