Sweet Suite
We really enjoyed our stay in a Queen Suite. The fireplace provided a cozy ambience and there was lots of room to read and play cards. The coffee machine in the Lobby was much appreciated and the staff was helpful in arranging a taxi downtown. Our only suggestion would be to improve the pool. It was too cold and did not appear clean. We would stay here again.

Walking distance to the Stratford Festival
Under ten minute walk to the Festival Theater. It cannot be easier than that. Great room and great services.

Our theatre getaway
Thé hôtel was clean and handy for walking to the festival theatre. The downside was that we could not get internet service. We had to call a number to get help. Also the tv remote did not coincide with the tv and we waited two hours to get this resolved. Also our toilet plugged twice and had to call someone. We asked for some compensation but we’re told we had to go through hotels.com for that. We really felt something should’ve been done to make up for the inconveniences.

Great for short or long stays
We have stayed at this hotel before , staff always friendly and efficient. Very convenient for the Festival theatre asort walk through the park Beds comfortable all amenities fridge coffee facilities. Table and chairs in room for dining. Also has a great pool and gymn. Restaurant was adequate, a lot of choice . Their lounge was being renovated so some atmosphere lacking . Maybe a microwave in room might be considered, as I noticed some residents requesting to heat up meals at restaurant which was no problem for them.
