Welcoming reception ! Property info covered thoroughly. Inviting room with very comfortable bed! Dining room excellent food and service for dinner and breakfast. Cleanest glassware I’ve seen anywhere! Lovely staff at all stations.

We enjoyed our stay in a squeaky clean room two doors from the theatre. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a treat. Only caveat is that the wifi isn't very good. I had to bail from a Zoom meeting because of delay and dropped service. Now I know.

Didn’t know that we’d be in an apartment and not adjacent in the Inn. It took us a while to figure out where the free parking lots were but staff helped. There was a steep long staircase up to the flat which we could just manage but anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage would find very difficult. The premises were clean and well maintained and very close to the theatres.

Great location, nice property, friendly staff. However, we wish we had known that we were staying at the apartments and not the inn. I'm still recovering from a long illness, and thought we would be at the Inn and thus have an elevator. There are quite a few stairs at the apartments.

The staff and location were great. Parking is a problem. You have to park behind YMCA where there is free public parking. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a neat window at the top of the wall of the bathroom. It was neat until it was time for bed. The kids didn’t want the room dark so we put the bathroom light on. It was crazy bright. So bring a nightlight. Beds were very very hard! I have never slept in a bed so hard. All in all its a nice hotel. But for the cost I don’t think I will be back. It would have been nice if we got a breakfast voucher or something for the restaurant. For the price we paid.

Great location
Great laid-back stay in a well-appointed studio apartment a few blocks away from the main hotel. Apartment is a walkup with somewhat steep stairs. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and convenient to Stratford Festival theatres.
