The motel is from the 20th century, but my room had been renovated. The bathroom renovation was particularly new and pleasant. Overall my motel experience was quite good.

I’m all about the online reviews. Even tho there were plenty of mega hotel corporations locally found, I chose this place because the reviews were good. It’s a simple Inn/motel with a bonus next door, a very good local diner that happens to share their parking lot. The Inn was slightly dated, and the updated beds and their frames were something I’ve never seen before but comfortable enough. The mattresses could be replaced tho as you could clearly feel the wire edge only when you were sitting on the edge. Otherwise it was def worth the stay. And the convenience to Sturbridge Village as well as rt 84 perfect. For dinner we ate at Sturbridge’s The Publick Inn’s Ebenezer Tavern. Excellent food.

We have been staying here every Fall for several years. The rooms are very nice and the price is a great deal. Cute homey little breakfast restaurant that you can walk to. Beautiful area.

The property was very clean and the staff were very nice. The room had all the typical amenities, however, the bed was absolutely horrendous… I could feel the springs coming through and it was extremely hard.

This was our second stay at the Scottish Inn. It's a nice basic motel, nothing fancy but very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, pleasant staff, a handy microwave and fridge, a decent free breakfast, and the price is very reasonable. It suited our needs for a convenient overnight very well.

Late night travel
Was on a road trip and traveled longer and later than planned, needed a room and didn’t want to spend additional $$$$ for a larger chain hotel. Was a nice clean friendly place to stay! Great staff at check in, very helpful with local amenities.
