A large living-dining area with a separate kitchen and Bauhaus-style chairs creates an inviting atmosphere. The bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m double bed ensures a restful sleep. In the second room there is a large double bed for the night, in case you come here as a trio or with children. Here you will also find a desk to make your home office days productive. The balcony ensures a place in the sun in the summer.

Perfect Stay!
Our month in Böblingen was amazing! Quiet apartment complex and great location, convenient walk to anything you need. We had no dryer which was a big adjustment for us, but we made it fine. The property manager says they're ordering one. The apartment was clean and the manager communicated regularly with us. We were very pleased with our stay!
Stayed 31 nights in May 2024
