Spectacular ocean views with waves crashing at the white beach rocks. An ideal vacation spot for a romantic getaway or with family of four, Close to all the white sandy beaches in the south shore of Nova Scotia . Large 60x14 foot deck with a 8 foot shared-hot tub with expansive ocean . This location has a private hot tub and a sauna.

The artisnal hand crafted space has one bedroom with a queen bed kitchenette with live edge solid wood countertops and a full shower and bathroom.

Cleaning

Our cleaners painstakingly wipe down all surfaces and high touch areas with a diluted bleach solution and all bedding is washed at the highest temperature to ensure the house is properly disinfected between guest visits.

Carters beach , Summerville beach, white point beach , hunts point beach are all within 3-5 minutes distance

Superstore and Sobeys , liquor store NSLC are located within 10 min drive to Liverpool.
White point resort , quarter deck , seaside seafood are some popular restaurants. Kejimkujik National Park is a historic site nearby . Local grocery store and coffee shops and bakeries in the small town of Liverpool which is 15 min drive . Lots of hiking and trails to explore in the area. Options to go deep sea fishing in the lakes or surfing in the ocean.

Car rentals are available in the town of Bridgewater or halifax .

If you have never experienced a tiny luxury, this is the best way to try it .

Please note that this property is adjacent to the Designer oceanfront villa and has a large shared hot tub .

This is a tiny oceanfront Retreat . It’s a tiny space with luxurious amenities. Please keep in mind that it is small but has a huge outdoor space with your own patio furniture and a shared large size hot tub and a shared outdoor fire pit with the cottage next door .



Septic tank and Alarm

Please be conscious of water usage .

We run this cottage with a 1100 gallon holding tank . This fills up really fast .
As soon as it fills up , you will hear an alarm sound. Please don’t panic:) just go to the alarm and switch the black button off on the alarm . Please let the host know . The host will get the tank pumped out the next day .
Please use water sparingly till it is pumped out :) apologies for the inconvenience .
We would appreciate if kids don’t play with playdoh , water or slime inside the house . Furniture should not be moved . FirePit is not supposed to be moved . Garbage needs to sorted , Burn restrictions are to be followed. Water to be poured once fire pit is used . Only toilet paper to be flushed , we have a septic tank .
