Thank you for your comment and for choosing the Cascades Hotel as your preferred lodging facility for your stay at the Sun City Resort. Thank you for bringing to my attention the various points of concern. These have all been noted and I have discussed the issues with the relevant Management concerned who have devised and implemented a remedial plan of action in order to ensure we do not have a recurrence. As part of an international brand which prides itself on service, and front runners in the industry we serve; corrective measures have been devised and implemented to eliminate the possibility of re-occurrence in the near future as excellence is not an accomplishment but is rather a spirit and a never ending process that Hoteliers strive to master. Your comments will help us address the issue you brought to our attention so we can improve our service. We truly appreciate your business and hope you will give us additional opportunities to serve your lodging needs.

Merci pour ce commentaire et merci d'avoir choisi l'Hôtel Cascades comme établissement d'hébergement de choix pour votre séjour au Sun City Resort. Merci d'avoir porté à mon attention les différents points de préoccupation. Tous ces éléments ont été notés et j'ai discuté des problèmes avec la direction concernée, qui a conçu et mis en œuvre un plan d'action correctif afin d'éviter toute récurrence. S'il vous plaît noter que nous allons faire des rénovations à partir du 1er Avril 2018, en ce qui concerne les ascenseurs s'il vous plaît soyez informé qu'ils sont fixes. Dans le cadre d'une marque internationale qui se targue de service, et les leaders de l'industrie que nous servons; Des mesures correctives ont été conçues et mises en œuvre pour éliminer la possibilité de réapparition dans un proche avenir car l'excellence n'est pas un accomplissement mais plutôt un esprit et un processus sans fin que les hôteliers s'efforcent de maîtriser. Vos commentaires nous aideront à résoudre le problème que vous nous avez signalé afin que nous puissions améliorer notre service.
