This newly renovated and refurbished Villa has an understated modern, and simplicity designed to inspire and reflect the stunning Sunshine Beach lifestyle. This beautiful Villa is a destination that cannot be missed for your dose of luxury accommodation.

Featuring 3-bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, this beautiful 2 story villa has a large outdoor courtyard, BBQ area, front garden and is the place to relax and enjoy all that Sunshine Beach has to offer.

A private front garden entrance that leads you into the ground floor – the perfect layout for relaxing after a day at the beach or an afternoon drink with friends.

You will love the relaxed style of our open lounge/dining/kitchen which opens onto our beach side private deck. Stylishly furnished with beautiful decor exclusively chosen, the Villa has an open and airy feel, perfect for families and friends.
With large slide back glass doors opening out to the deck guests can enjoy the sea breezes and cross ventilation.

A Bbq for guests use on the deck with outdoor entertaining seating 6 guests comfortably, plus sun lounges.

The kitchen is fully equipped to allow guest to enjoy entertaining at home, Bbqs on the deck and cooking up a storm if in the mood.

There is a main bathroom on the ground level.
Also laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs

There are three bedrooms located upstairs for privacy and seclusion. Guests can enjoy time to relax in the comfortable bedrooms. There is a bathroom upstairs servicing the second and third bedrooms. Listen to the waves in our beach side main bedroom with ensuite. The master bedroom with TV also has an ensuite, the second bedroom with a TV has a queen bed and the third two singles.

For guests comfort we have Air-Conditioning in the bedrooms.

There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.

Cute and quirky
This Very cute place is in a fantastic location, so close to Duke st. It has everything you'll need for your stay including beach towels and the soda maker was a nice addition. Great beds and Aircon in bedrooms but do be warned there is no Aircon downstairs or ceiling fans so if there is no breeze it can get quite warm

Lovely property in a great location. Sacha at Noosa Abodes is wonderful to deal with. Only suggestion would be that the beds are very soft and springy and need upgrading. Otherwise fabulous well appointed townhouse

Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the shops and restaurants of Sunshine Beach. A great living area that flows seamlessly from front courtyard to lounge, great kitchen, open dining and back deck, providing a pleasant breezeway across the living zone. Upstairs, beds are comfortable and the whole long weekend was thoroughly relaxing with everything so conveniently close.

Just gorgeous!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for four nights and we loved it! From what looks like an unassuming duplex unit on the outside, this property really delivered on the inside. My husband and I stayed with our dogs and we were beyond comfortable with recently renovated fitout and lovely furniture, fully kitted-out kitchen, smart tv, fireplace, comfy beds - it's really hard not to relax. The walking proximity to the village was so handy, and after asking a local, we also found a short-cut to walk to the dog-off leash beach. We loved everything about this property and to top it off the property managers were professional and prompt in all our interactions. We are already looking at dates for when we can return.
