I was unaware that when you book that it is not necessarily North Shore, Find out that I am at Waterline once I have the keys and need to drive further to the next place. Park and then try yo got second Floor but they didn't put a Lift Fob on the Key Ring. Overall took about an hour standing in the Foyer area after first trying to contact Vine that I didn't have a Lift Fob. Convincing them that I wasn't lying was a feat in itself. The guy who eventually came was the only good experience in the saga. When you book out there is no key box. You need to go back to North Shore, try and park in the street and return the keys as everyone there seems to park in the Visitors spots leaving no parking spots to either pickup or drop off keys.

Staying at Northshore Kawana for the first time, i was pleasantly surprised. I booked on-line through a third party, booking was easy and images were exactly what the property looked like. Northshore is centrally located to shopping facilities, car was locked up and under cover. It was a pleasant stay and i will return..!

Easy check in/out and convenient parking. Small room but had everything we needed. View was very nice. Sound proofing isn’t great. Tv could be mounted in a better spot, it was far too high and shower water pressure was bad. But overall a comfortable stay.

I am a semi regular. On the first night the shower hot water failed and the next day I was shifted to different room without a problem. On the new floor the automatic lights for the floor walkway didn't work at night and the room air conditioning seemed to turn off after couple of hours.

My only gripe was the room had a fold up Murphy bed and no dining table & chairs. As I spend a lot of time on the road I like a comfortable bed and to eat dinner at the table. Otherwise the room was spotlessly clean and check in after hours a breeze.
