Stayed at a studio executive room and was pleasantly surprised to find the room with cooking and laundry facilities. Plus we are able to see the sea (not entirely but a small slice) from the balcony. The room is spacious and neat when we arrived, staff are friendly and thoughtful too so plus points for that!

The property was jn an ideal position, everything in Mooloolaba was walking distance. Parking is great, safe and easily accessible. We did have a major issue twice with the air con and had to change rooms mid stay which wasnt ideal. Staff handled it well, seems like its a known issue.

We have stayed here a number of times over the years. On this occasion we stayed 2 nights & requested a high floor which was accommodated. We received a text message letting us know our room was ready early which was much appreciated. Location is perfect- close to beach, shops, restaurants & surf club. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was adequate for 2 people but would be quite cramped for a family. Ocean views are amazing & we will definitely stay again. Thank you

This was our second stay at The Landmark Resort and overall, we were happy. The location is excellent, right on The Esplanade and the free parking provided is also a major plus. We have always chosen to stay in one of the older rooms, and whilst they are clean and comfortable, they are dated and signs of wear and tear are evident, including some chipped paint, rust in the bathroom and worn carpet. However, we enjoyed our stay and location alone makes The Landmark worth considering if you can secure a good deal.

Location is really good, but the room decoration and the furniture is old and cheap. It was generally clean, but behind the night stand in one of the rooms was some old candy the cleaning staff missed cleaning. There was also a very strong, unpleasant carpet cleaner smell in the hallways. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The apartment we stayed in was clean and well supplied with all equipment. The best part of the property was the woman who checked us in. She was welcoming and happy and anticipated our needs - for example - letting us know that they have a supply of beach toys and equipment to borrow. When we went to get buckets and spades for our grandson, she was wonderful with him. If nothing else about the unit was good she would have made us want to return.
