The hotel itself is very clean , modern and nice . The only issue is they do not have hot water in the shower . We complained to the reception several times during our stay for this reason . Also we wanted to check in a day later then we had originally booked but the hotel refused to credit us for this night we didn’t stay .

Everything was perfect but I forgot my passport at home and they do need it so there was some disappointment but they settle with passport picture. Also they should reduce volume of elevator announcement. Overall it was nice stay.

Great experience with the element hotel surat its good for guest who is travelling for surat diamond market and textiles market. Staff was very cooperative and helpful
